Heavenly Desserts Walsall

my friend and I came here for a nice little ice cream treat. we chose sicilian pistachio and mango sorbet along with fresh strawberries and blueberries. it was simply delicious. the vibe of this place is very relaxed and boujee, the server was nice enough to validate my friends car parking for her, we we parked outside of the shop. we even loved the cutlery and little serving dishes, lol. I also took some mango sorbet to go; for my mum and sister!

What a fabulous desert shop, the staff were very attentive and polite. Arshdeep was lovely. Just been to try out the brunch menu. I tried the pesto, tomato and mozzarella bagel, it was delicious! The full breakfast was also tasty, very fresh, tasty ingredients used. Arshdeep served us again and she was as fantastic as always. Restaurant was clean, plenty of booths and seating available.

Absolutely gorgeous food! And smells amazing when you walk in. Friendly service. Can’t believe that this is the first time I’ve been here! Would definitely recommend!!!

Went with the family on Sunday for a late breakfast, I have left 5 stars as I don’t want to have a negative impact on the business, this is more of a constructive criticism. Firstly the food was good but the issue was there was only 1 waitress who done everything, from great and seat us, take our orders and we literally watched her cook/plate everything behind the counter, one person cooking 6 breakfasts is not fair on her, other customers came after us and she could not serve them until after serving us. No suprised the food came really late almost 45 mins wait and the food flame staggered, two people received their food then 10 mins later and two plates and so on. The waitress was amazing but the owner can’t save money by not employing staff. Some of the food was cold also but we didn’t want to complain as we could see how hard the girl was working. Not sure if we will go again due to the slow service and cold food. But genuinely you need at least 2-3 people in the shop for morning breakfast/brunch. Everyone did enjoy the hot drinks, tea, latte, coffee etc.

Had a very delightful experience. I ordered a ferrero rocher waffle, I usually only eat half but because it was very delicious I finished it all. Excellent customer service, staff member called Singh was very helpful. Highly recommended!

I got the apple crumble with custard and the fresh leaf mint tea. Everything was spot on and the atmosphere and decor were gorgeous and welcoming. The staff Ash was so accommodating and checked in on how the food was. Lovely guy and friendly personality. Everything was well prices and presented. Definitely coming back, thank you!!!

All I can say there has been a dramatic change for the positive since the new management have taken over. I haven't visited in 2 years our previous visits have been bitterly disappointing in terms of service and food. Last week we wanted something upmarket for desserts so thought let's try again. From the moment we entered we could feel the positive vibe as we were greeted by a pleasant young gentleman. We were seated immediately. The desserts came in time at all. We ordered a range from cookie dough, waffles, brownies and ice creams. Everything was absolutely delicious. The customer service excellent. It was prayer time and they actually gave us a space to pray and turned off the music as a form of respect. Roll on within a week I've gone back with friends. This time I enquired and found out there is a complete new management hence the 360 turn around. The manager Ash was absolutely excellent. Again the desserts were absolutely delicious. If you have had a bad experience in previous years don't let that put you off with Heavenly desserts Walsall. Do go try them. A 10/10 for me. Lastly the interior, ambience is beautiful. A year from my last review and heavenly desserts and the service desserts are absolutely fantastic.

Went today to have a brunch was served by menpreet and ash lovely service. Both of them we're really friendly and helpful. The smoked salmon and avocado were absolutely brilliant
